Plan your stay with our published rates for 2026 and 2027. All prices are in US dollars per villa per night and include 18% VAT and the 1% Tourism Development Levy. Choose Full Board, with breakfast, lunch and dinner, or All Inclusive, which adds in-house drinks. Villa Rates 2026 and 2027 (US$ per villa per night)
Rates are the same in 2026 and 2027. They are per villa per night and include 18% VAT and the 1% Tourism Development Levy. Low and high season dates are shown in the downloadable tariff.

What Each Plan Includes
- Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- All inclusive: full board plus in-house drinks, excluding Champagne and single malts. Alcohol is not served to guests under 18.
- Check-in and check-out: check-in from 2pm, check-out by 12pm.
- Payment: The Retreat is strictly cashless. Pay by bank transfer (EFT or SWIFT) or by card.
Children's Rates
- Under 3: free.
- Ages 3 to 15 sharing with one adult: the adult pays the single rate and the child pays 50% of the per-person twin rate.
- Ages 3 to 15 sharing with two adults: 50% of the per-person twin rate.
- Ages 3 to 15 in their own villa: 75% of the villa rate.
Festive Season Supplement
On 24, 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January, a festive supplement of US$30 per adult and US$20 per child aged 5 to 12 applies.
